 Clive Priestman – Warehouse Manager

Clive is the Angelwax Warehouse Manager. He is responsible for a dynamic team that ensures stock levels are maintained and that all orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.

Anything that is in a bottle or tin has been processed through the warehouse team and will be shipped with precision and care.

Clive’s background was in the finance industry however he undertook a career change into manufacturing several years ago when we welcomed him into the team at Angelwax.

Fun Facts – Clive likes to cultivate monkey trees & refuses to install a smart meter in his home!

Alison O’Donnell – Office Manager

Alison is our newly appointed Office Manager. She has a wealth of customer service experience having worked many years in the banking sector and brings with her a wonderful spirit and enthusiasm. Alison ensures our Office procedures and protocols are followed, arranges international shipments and generally helps to keep everything running smoothly here at HQ.

Fun Facts – Alison loves a pub quiz or a book group

Grant Wilson – Health & Safety Manager

Grant is a fully qualified and Chartered Waste Manager and Safety and Health Practitioner. He has extensive experience across the public and private sector in Facilities and Environmental Management as well as the Chemical Industry. He has honed his skills in hands on roles s well as auditing/planning and directing. Grant provides invaluable support with practical and strategic risk management in both fields. As a qualified SQA assessor and expert trainer he continues to support staff development through the delivery of a variety of courses ranging from safety matters to development of supervisory and managerial skills.

Fun Fact – Grant is one of 10% of the population that thinks coriander is inedible!

John Hogg – Technical Director

John is one of the founders of the Company and as a trained Chemist with over forty years experience he now leads our Technical team.  John is responsible for all research and development of the entire Angelwax product range and can be found in our laboratory at HQ sampling and testing his team’s latest innovations.

Well known within the industry, John often attends exhibitions and Angelwax events to ensure he keeps up to date with the latest trends and technology. This allows Angelwax to be at the forefront of the detailing world!

Fun Facts – John has been a Scout Leader for nearly 40 years & loves a rock concert.

Jason Kane – Production & Development Manager

Jason joined Angelwax back in 2012 as a Production Assistant and due to his hard work and commitment is now responsible for all product manufacture and development. Along with his team, Jason ensures that all finished products are manufactured to the highest quality. Jason also takes an active role in testing and researching new products and is a well needed addition to the technical team here at Angelwax.

Fun Fact – Even after a hard day at work Jason can be found pounding the pavements and running miles for his local athletics club.

David Macgugan – Operations Manager

David began working with us a couple of years ago and brought with him his years of experience and in depth knowledge of manufacturing, logistics and warehousing processes. David assists in all aspects production and is also one of our Dangerous Goods Compliance Officers. He is a regular at our Company exhibition events and manages the process from start to finish ensuring we are organised for every off site event we attend.

Fun Fact – David has a canny ability to accurately weigh things by sight….whether it be suitcases for holidays or ingredients for cooking at home.

Adrienne Guthrie – Social Media Manager

Adrienne is a seasoned Social Media expert with over 12 years experience in the digital marketing landscape. Beginning her career as a beauty influencer, Adrienne quickly honed her skills in content creation, audience engagement and brand development. This unique background provides her with a keen understanding of influencer marketing and the power of authentic online presence. Adrienne has worked with a diverse range of companies including many household names, leveraging her expertise to craft compelling social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for Angelwax. She is passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and news, allowing her to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital world.

Fun Fat – Adrienne utterly hates karaoke and will not attend any function where she thinks this is likely to happen!

Christine McCarthy – Finance Manager

Christine has extensive financial management knowledge and helps to plan and guide the business from a financial perspective. She has many years experience in various industries and is known for her accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Christine uses her expertise to assist the company with Accounts, Statuary returns, Payroll, cashflow and budgets.

Fun Fact – Christine enjoys getting beat at chess more often that she wins!

Misty Cowin – Managing Director

Misty has been working with Angelwax for almost 15 years. With a background in Accountancy in a range of diverse fields including Manufacturing, Media & Environmental Services, her journey to become Managing Director has been driven by her expertise in financial and operational business Management. Misty’s core competencies lie in crafting robust financial frameworks that support Angelwax's mission and growth whilst working to align the Company’s values.

Fun Fact – Misty is at her happiest when surrounded by her beloved beagles!

Matthew Yates – Global Sales Director

Matthew is one of the founders of Angelwax and was the man who came up with our iconic logo, the Angelwax wings. Matthew has a talent for sales and branding, along with a great love and knowledge of cars, which drives his passion to ensure Angelwax is at the forefront of the detailing world. With vast experience in a variety of sales fields, Matthew drives the sales force for the company engaging with Country Distributors, Resellers, Trade Customers and the general public to deliver an exceptional service.
